Public Participation: Notice of Hearing and Rules of Procedure. (a) The Zoning Board shall hold at least one public hearing for any proposed change of a district boundary, uses, or requirements, with a public notice of at least 30 days. Said notice shall be posted at the office of the mayor and the Commonwealth Superior Court courthouse in Rota. (b) Rules of Procedure. The Zoning Board shall prescribe rules of procedure to govern the publishing of public notices and the conduct of public hearings. The applications, filings, determinations and records kept pursuant to this article shall be open to the public for review and inspection. Source: Rota LL 8-2, § 10.
