Applicability

Applicability. This Act applies exclusively to officially sanctioned derby events or maritime competitions authorized by the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) or the Office of the Mayor of Rota. It does not apply to educational programs, such as school-based marine training, youth boat activities, or environmental education programs conducted by government agencies, non-profit organizations, or educational institutions.
