§ 18105. Exemptions. The following are exempt from payment of the docking or watercraft fees: (a) Bona fide Rota residents not participating in the derby event; (b) Educational, youth, or community programs utilizing the docks or launch areas for training or awareness activities that are non-commercial and coordinated through the Mayor’s Office or DLNR; (c) Government vessels or crafts operating for law enforcement, emergency response, or official duties.
