Resident Identification Card Fund

Resident Identification Card Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund within the Tinian Municipal Treasury, which shall be known and designated as the Tinian Resident Identification Card Fund. (b) All monies received from direct appropriation, or as payment for the issuance of the Tinian Identification Card, or from federal grants shall be deposited into the resident identification card fund. Expenditure authority over the fund is vested in the Mayor of Tinian and Aguiguan for the Mayor’s office operation and municipal programs. The Tinian Resident Identification Card Fund shall be available for expenditure without further appropriation and without fiscal year limitations. Source: Tinian LL 15-2, § 8.
