Reporting of Cattle Damages

Reporting of Cattle Damages. Any person, upon discovering their property were damaged by stray cattle, shall report it to the mayor within 24 hours. The mayor shall send a representative to verify the damages. The damage report will include but not limited to: (a) Date, time and place of damages; (b) Description and extent of damage to property (building, agricultural products, domestic animal, fence, etc.); and (c) Number and identification of cattle.
