Good Repute of Persons Appointed as Inspectors. The Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission shall, before appointing an inspector for the purposes of this chapter, or under this chapter, satisfy itself from due inquiry caused to be made in that regard that the person to be appointed is of good repute, having regard to character, honesty and integrity.
