Police Assistance

Police Assistance. (a) Arrangements may be made between the Commission and the Department of Public Safety Tinian with respect to: (1) the rendering of assistance by the members of the police force; (2) the supply of information contained in the records of the Police Division; (3) the making available of other resources and facilities of the Police Division to the Executive Director and other officers of the Commission for the purposes of the effectual administration of the chapter. (b) The Resident Department Head of the Department of Public Safety Tinian shall have the right to exercise his discretion as to those matters recited in the preceding section.
