Display of Identification. (a) A casino key employee or casino employee shall at all times while on duty in the casino wear a form of identification as prescribed on his person in such a manner as to be visible to other persons in the casino. (b) Subsection (a) of this section is not applicable in the case of a person exempted by the Executive Director from the obligation to comply therewith.
