Casino Operating Days and Hours. (a) A casino operator shall submit to the Commission a schedule of operating hours prior to commencement of gaming operations. (b) A casino shall be operated according to the schedule of operating hours. (c) A casino operator shall not operate the casino in variance from the schedule of operating hours. (d) A casino operator may revise the schedule of operating hours; provided that the casino operator shall notify in writing the Commission at least 48 hours in advance of any revisions to the schedule of operating hours. (e) On and from the date specified, the revised schedule shall be the schedule of operating hours for the casino. (f) The Commission may determine to amend the schedule of operating hours for good cause, upon 48 hours written notice to the casino operator. (g) The Commission may determine that a casino not be operated on specific days and times upon 48 hours written notice to the casino operator.
