Hours Designated. It shall be unlawful for any minor to loiter in or about any public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, restaurants, cafes and other eateries, or vacant lots and places within the island of Tinian during and between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Monday through Thursday, and the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Friday through Sunday and on holidays.
