Appropriation

Appropriation. All revenue generated pursuant to this article is hereby appropriated exclusively for the administration and enforcement of this article. The expenditure authority shall lie with the Mayor of Tinian and Aguiguan Islands. All such funds raised and/or appropriated by this article shall be revolving funds and any unused funds at the end of a fiscal year shall not lapse and shall be available without fiscal limitation. Said funds shall not be reprogrammed or transferred back into the General Fund or any other account. Source: Tinian LL 12-1, § 7.
