Enforcement

Enforcement. Enforcement of this Act shall be the responsibility of the Secretary of the Department of Land and Natural Resources, in consultation with the Director of Fish and Wildlife, the Resident Director of the Department of Land and Natural Resources in the Second Senatorial District. Such enforcement shall be pursuant to the provisions in 2 CMC § 5109. Source: Tinian LL 13-1, § 4.
