Special Provisions on Salary Adjustment Compensation. The Secretary of Finance shall hereby establish a Special Reserve Account to be used for salary adjustment compensation. Funds from the Special Reserve Account shall be used only to pay all eligible current and former CNMI Government employees for the Third Senatorial District who have not received the salary adjustment, provided further that if an employee or former employee is deceased, his or her beneficiaries or heirs shall be eligible to receive such compensation.
