Short Title

Short Title. This chapter may be known and cited as the Saipan Cockfighting Act of 1994. Source: Saipan LL 9-8, § 1. Commission Comment: Saipan LL 9-8 took effect May 11, 1995. According to Saipan LL 9-8, § 2, “[c]hapter 3 of the Saipan Municipal Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.” Saipan LL 9-8 specified that it was to be codified as a new chapter 3 within title 10, division 3; the Commission instead opted to codify the measure as chapter 6 of this division because an earlier measure (Saipan LL 8-3) had previously been codified as chapter 3 of this division.
