Cockpit License

Cockpit License. A cockpit license shall be issued for the following cockfighting activities: (1) “Balentia” authorizes the licensee to operate a cockpit to engage in cockfighting only where knives or other sharp instruments are not used. (2) “Amara” authorizes the licensee to operate a cockpit to engage in cockfighting only where knives or other sharp instruments are used. Source: Saipan LL 9-8, § 3 (§ 3304).
