Sale of firearms, destructive devices, dangerous devices, or ammunition to persons under 21 years of age prohibited. A person who knowingly or intentionally sells, transfers, or distributes a firearm, dangerous device, destructive device, or ammunition to a person under 21 years of age who does not possess a valid Firearm Owner’s Identification Card shall be fined not more than $25,000 or imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or both.
