DIVISION 10: COMMONWEALTH DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
§ 10303. Board of Directors: Compensation of Board Members. The members of the board shall be compensated pursuant to 1 CMC § 8247 and may be reimbursed in accordance with the Commonwealth law for any reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties under this division. Rules and rates for travel and per diem rates shall be the same as those established for the executive branch. Source: PL 4-49, § 7.
