DIVISION 10: SPECIAL ACT FOR FIREARMS ENFORCEMENT (SAFE) § 10616. Judicial review of final administrative decisions. All final administrative decisions of the Department under this Chapter to deny a person's application shall be subject to judicial review under the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act and any rules and regulations adopted by the Department of Public Safety pursuant thereto.
