DIVISION 10: SPECIAL ACT FOR FIREARMS ENFORCEMENT (SAFE) § 10758. Revocation of firearm vendor license. (a) A Firearm Vendor License may be revoked if: (1) Any of the criteria in 6 CMC § 10757 are not currently met; (2) There is a violation or omission of the duties, obligations, or requirements imposed by 6 CMC § 10757, Commonwealth or federal law, or Department of Public Safety regulation; or (b) A Firearm Vendor License shall be revoked if: (1) The information furnished to the Department of Public Safety on the application for a Firearm Vendor License proves to be false; (2) The Firearm Vendor License holder fails to notify the Department of Public Safety of a change of status that affects the license holder's eligibility to own or possess a Firearm Vendor License; or (3) The license holder no longer qualifies for a Firearm Owner’s Identification Card or otherwise fails to meet any of the criteria required by Commonwealth, federal law, or Department of Public Safety regulation.
