DIVISION 10: SPECIAL ACT FOR FIREARMS ENFORCEMENT (SAFE) § 10761. Report of license revocation to federal and Commonwealth authorities. In addition to any other penalty or remedy, the Department of Public Safety shall report any person or entity whose Firearm Vendor License is revoked pursuant to this Chapter to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives within the United States Department of Justice, and to any other relevant Commonwealth or federal agency.
