DIVISION 10: SPECIAL ACT FOR FIREARMS ENFORCEMENT (SAFE) § 10766. Identification number on firearm required before sale. No licensee shall sell or offer for sale any firearm which does not have imbedded into the metal portion of such firearm a unique manufacturer's identification number or serial number.
