TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

DIVISION 10: SPECIAL ACT FOR FIREARMS ENFORCEMENT (SAFE) § 10768. Location of firearm vendor. (a) The business shall be carried on only in the building located at the street address shown on the permit. (b) The business premises shall not be located in any area that is zoned for residential use. (c) The business shall not be operated out of a dwelling as defined in Chapter 1 of this Division. (d) The business shall not be operated within a Gun Free Zone pursuant to 6 CMC § 10401; provided a firearm vendor shall not be in violation of this subsection if the business falls within a Gun Free Zone after the vendor makes substantial investment in the on-site security requirements imposed by this Chapter. (e) The requirements contained in this section are in addition to any other zoning laws or regulations that may apply to a firearm vendor. Source: PL 19-73 § 6 (Dec. 1, 2016), modified.
