DIVISION 10: SPECIAL ACT FOR FIREARMS ENFORCEMENT (SAFE) § 10771. Regulations and fees. (a) The Department of Public Safety is authorized to issue regulations to administer this Chapter. (b) The Department of Public Safety is authorized to issue fines, to be determined by regulation, for violations of this Chapter. (c) The Department of Public Safety may authorize, by regulation, additional fees to administer this Chapter.
