Declaration. Every person within the Northern Mariana Islands who is between the ages of five (5) and seventeen (17) has the right to a free public education. Source: PL 6-10, § 1 (§ 1502); repealed and reenacted by PL 20-48 § 3 (Mar. 28, 2018).
