§ 1107. Cattle Population Census. The resident director of Natural Resources may take a cattle population census annually in January of each year to determine their ownership and location. The resident director may further make rules and regulations pertaining to the cattle problem in Rota to effectively carry out the intent of this article. Source: LL 4-1, § 7.
