§ 11105. Employment. The Commission may employ secretaries, legal counsel and other consultants or staff as the Commission may require, and upon request by the Chairperson of the Commission, the Governor and the Legislature and the Public Auditor shall make available to the Commission such professional personnel and technical assistance needed to fulfill its responsibilities.
