§ 11107. Non-applicability of Certain Laws. The laws of the Commonwealth pertaining to procurement, personnel and employment shall not apply to the Commission. The hiring of consultants, and professional staff, and employees shall be made on the basis of education, experience, merit, skill and knowledge without any political interference, interest or affiliations.
