Territorial Sea. The territorial sea of the Commonwealth shall have a breadth of 12 miles. The inner limit of the territorial sea shall be the archipelagic baselines established pursuant to 2 CMC § 1121. The outer limit of the territorial sea is the line every point of which is at a distance of 12 miles from the nearest point of the baseline. Source: PL 2-7, § 8.
