Conforming Amendments to Submerged Lands Act. Except as otherwise provided in 2 CMC § 1212(a) and (f) and 2 CMC § 1231 of the Submerged Lands Act [2 CMC § 1201 et seq.], nothing in this chapter shall be construed to amend, modify, or alter in any way the provisions of that act.
