Chamorro-Carolinian Language Policy Commission: Establishment

Chamorro-Carolinian Language Policy Commission: Establishment. There is in the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs a Division of the Chamorro Carolinian Language Policy Commission having the authority and responsibility to perform the duties and functions set forth in this chapter. As used in this chapter, “Commission” shall mean the Chamorro and Carolinian Language Policy Commission and “Department” shall mean the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs.
