§ 1208. Budget. (a) The commission’s budget shall be considered part of the budget of the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs, with expenditure authority vested in the Director of the commission. (b) Any supplemental appropriation for the commission shall be placed in a separate account within the account of the Department solely for the use of the commission. (c) The commission may solicit additional funds from other public and private sources, which shall be placed in a separate account within the account of the Department solely for the use of the commission.
