§ 12112. Eligibility Requirements for Appointment as a Commission Member. Eligibility requirements for appointment as a Commission member: (a) A registered voter in the Municipality of Rota, First Senatorial District and a domiciliary in Rota not less than five years preceding appointment; (b) A valid police clearance from the appointee's place of residence for the previous five years preceding appointment. The Commission rearranged the order of this section from its original location in Rota Local Initiative 1, removed numbers that repeated words and changed capitalization for conformity.
