§ 12115. Chairman of Commission and Meetings on Rota. The members of the Commission shall select one of their members to be chairman for terms of two years each reckoned successively from the effective date of appointments of the first members. A chairman may serve successive or other subsequent terms pursuant to established rules of procedure subsequently adopted by the Commission. Provided however, that all official meetings of the Commission and any of its committees shall take place in Rota following CNMI open public meeting or "Open Government Act laws" [1 CMC §§ 9901-9918].
