Board of Trustees: Compensation. (a) Members of the Board may receive as compensation for meetings actually attended no more than $60.00 for a full day and no more than $30.00 for a half day or less meeting. (b) A Board member traveling on official business shall receive travel and per diem compensation at the rates and guidelines established for executive branch employees of the CNMI government. (c) Board members shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. Source: PL 20-92 § 2 (Feb. 18, 2019).
