Rules and Regulations. The Board shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations consistent with the laws of the United States and the laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (a) for its own operations, (b) for the governance of the Institute, and (c) for the purpose of carrying out all other duties and powers herein conferred.* Pursuant to established law, all rules and regulations adopted by the Board pursuant to this Chapter shall be made available to the public. *So in original.
