§ 1212. Management Guidelines. The manager of Commonwealth-owned submerged lands shall strive to provide a balance of public benefits for all citizens of the Commonwealth. The public benefits provided by submerged lands are varied and include: (a) Encouraging direct public use and access; (b) Fostering water-dependent uses; (c) Ensuring environmental protection; and, (d) Utilizing renewable resources. Generating revenues in a manner consistent with subsections (a) through (d) of this section is a public benefit. Source: PL 6-13, § 2, art. 1 (§ 1212).
