Career and Technical Training Collaboration. The Northern Marianas Technical Institute shall collaborate and work with the Public School System and the Northern Marianas College to establish career, trades and technical training programs that are not available at either educational institutions. Provided, that the Northern Marianas Technical Institute may establish advanced or comprehensive career, trades and technical training programs provided at the Public School System but that the Northern Marianas Technical Institute will not supplant, replace, or duplicate the career and technical education programs at the Northern Marianas College or the Public School System.
