§ 12144. Rota Municipal Treasurer. There is hereby established a Rota Municipal Treasurer within the Office of the Mayor whose primary responsibility is to collect and hold all license and registration fees, any taxes levied on a casino pursuant to the initiative and the regulation issued pursuant hereto, excluding taxes and fees levied by the Commonwealth Government. This position shall be a bonded position in an amount set by a duly promulgated regulation. Source: Rota Local Initiative 1 (2007), § 7(d).
