2 CMC § 1314

Prohibited Acts. (a) It is unlawful for any person to dump any nuclear or chemical wastes in the nuclear and chemical free zone established pursuant to 2 CMC § 1313. (b) It is unlawful for any person to dump crude oil, fuel oil, heavy diesel oil, lubrication oil, hydraulic fluid, or any mixture or any petroleum based product containing any of these in the nuclear and chemical free zone established by 2 CMC § 1313. (c) It is unlawful for any person to dump material produced for biological and chemical warfare in the nuclear and chemical free zone established by 2 CMC § 1313. (d) It is unlawful for any person to: (1) Transport radioactive materials or nuclear weapons within or through the Commonwealth and its nuclear and chemical free zone except as permitted by limited exemption in 2 CMC § 1326. (2) Possess, store, test, use, or deploy radioactive materials or nuclear weapons within the Commonwealth and its nuclear and chemical free zone except as permitted by limited exemption in 2 CMC § 1326. (3) Build or manufacture nuclear reactors or nuclear weapons or components thereof within the Commonwealth and its nuclear and chemical free zone except as permitted by limited exemption in 2 CMC § 1326. (e) It is unlawful for any person to build, manufacture, possess, or operate any nuclear-powered vessel, including ships, submarines, and aircraft, within the Commonwealth and its nuclear and chemical free zone except as per the limited exemption in 2 CMC § 1326.
