§ 1389.

DIVISION 1: EDUCATION

§ 1389. Destruction of Non-record Materials. (a) Non-record materials, if not otherwise prohibited by law, may be destroyed at any time by the agency in possession of such materials without the prior approval of the CNMI Archivist. The CNMI Archivist may formulate procedures and interpretations to guide in the disposition of such materials. Source: PL 23-24, § 2 (August 8, 2024).
