§ 1406. Format of Local Bill. Each local bill shall contain the information required to be contained in a bill pursuant to the official rules of that house of the Commonwealth Legislature in which the local bill was introduced, except that it shall contain the words, “a local bill for an act for ____________ (the name of the respective senatorial district).” Each local bill shall cite the specific local matter that may be the subject of laws enacted by the members from the respective senatorial district.
