§ 1407. Format of Local Appropriation or Revenue Bills. Appropriation or revenue bills shall be introduced in the House of Representatives and shall contain the information required pursuant to the official rules of the House, except that it shall contain the words “a local appropriation bill for an act for ____________ (the name of the respective senatorial district)” or “a local revenue bill for an act for ____________ (the name of the respective senatorial district).” Each local appropriation or revenue bill shall cite the specific local matter that may be the subject of laws enacted by the members of the respective senatorial district.
