DIVISION 1: FIRST SENATORIAL DISTRICT (ROTA)
§ 14102. Definition. In this Act: (a) “Office of the Mayor” means the Mayor of Rota. (b) “Person” means an individual, including a minor, who is a resident of Rota and who is: (i) A citizen of the United States as defined by United States Law or the Constitution of the Commonwealth; (ii) Citizen or permanent resident of Rota as may be defined by law; (iii) Legally admitted into Rota pursuant to the compacts entered into between the Freely Associated States of Micronesia and the United States, a citizen of the Republic of the Marshalls, and a citizen of the Republic of Palau; or (iv) A lawfully employed contract worker who is residing on Rota for a contract term of not less than one year.
