§ 14105. Lost or Damaged Cards. If a card is lost, damaged, or becomes illegible, the owner of the card shall notify the Office of the Mayor. Upon providing the required information to the Office of the Mayor and payment of the fee as provided in 10 CMC § 14106, the applicant may obtain a replacement card.
