§ 14107. Rota Resident Identification Card Fund. All fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall be remitted to the Rota Municipal Treasurer and the Treasurer shall deposit the fees in a special revolving account designated as the Rota Resident Identification Card Revolving Fund. The fees collected shall be deposited into the revolving fund account as provided herein. The revolving fund shall be continually appropriated to the Office of the Mayor of the Municipality of Rota under the expenditure authority of the Mayor of the Municipality of Rota. The funds at the end of the fiscal year shall not lapse and shall be available without fiscal year limitation.
