§ 1412. Revocation of License. Upon a hearing provided by the board, the board, by majority vote, may revoke a license awarded under this chapter, if it finds that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter, any regulation promulgated by the board, or if the licensee has violated or permitted the violation of any municipal ordinance or Commonwealth law in the operation of a cockpit or of a bingo or batu game.
