6 CMC § 1433

Mutiny on a Vessel. (a) A person commits an offense if, by force, threat of force, or deception, he or she usurps command of a vessel. (b) A person convicted under this section may be punished: (1) If the offense or attempt to commit the offense occurs on the high seas, by imprisonment for not more than five years; (2) Otherwise, by imprisonment for not more than two years.
