§ 1503. Increase in House Membership. Pursuant to N.M.I. Const. art. II, §§ 3(a) and (b), and 4(a), the membership of the House of Representatives is increased from 15 to 18 by increasing the number of representatives from Saipan and the islands north of Saipan from 13 to 16.
