§ 1506. Direct Routing Between Home and Certain Activities. The provisions of 10 CMC § 1503 shall not apply to any minor who is in the direct route of going to or returning from the places mentioned in 10 CMC § 1505 and his home. However, in the event such minor loiters or deviates from such route, this exception shall not apply and the provisions of 10 CMC § 1503 shall apply. Source: Rota LL 7-9, § 7.
