§ 1508. Assisting or Permitting Violation of Curfew Prohibited. Any person other than a minor who assists, aids, abets, permits, or encourages any minor to violate any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Source: Rota LL 7-9, § 9.
